The Job

This position is for an Recruitment Project Manager, running projects and implementing our market leading recruitment management software. The position is based in our Middle East HQ in Dubai. Travel will be required throughout the region including but not limited to KSA, Bahrain, Qatar and Oma.

The role is simple: use your recruitment knowledge and organisational skills to implement projects on time, on budget, to specification and to the satisfaction of both clients and colleagues. 

You will:

  • run multiple projects with clients across several locations simultaneously

  • support the sales team by conducting demonstration of our product and/or capturing client requirements

  • contribute to the development of the product through testing, release support and creative ideas of your own

What we are after is

An individual with extensive experience in recruitment and who enjoys working with clients.

We are not looking for an IT Project Manager. You may not have even held a Project Manager job before. You will however definitely need to be highly organised and adaptable with ample recruitment experience.

Working in a dedicated team with a strong work ethic, you will need to have a good roll up the sleeves attitude, so NO prima donnas need apply.

If you are interested you will need to demonstrate:

  • Hands-on experience of recruitment and the ability to analyse and map processes

  • Experience in all areas of the recruitment cycle. i.e. manpower planning, requisition, vacancy advertising, candidate screening, short listing, interviews, offer management and on-boarding

  • At least 2-3 years hands on experience in a recruitment role

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role

  • Commercial awareness

  • Very strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organisational abilities are a must

As well, we would really like:

  • Experience in setting up a recruitment department or process 

  • Good understanding of online sourcing and recruitment best practice

  • Experience delivering training courses

  • Experience delivering presentations

  • Good understanding of internet and cloud technology

  • Ability to think outside the box
